A friend of mine who went to a Whigfield concert said she used to "really" sing on it, but always with a playback, and her real voice sounded a lot different from the studio recording, and when he came in to ask for an autograph, he noticed her voice talking was a lot grave, in contrast to her studio vocals. And the ultimate fact: same producers as Whigfield. The voice, by "coincidence" was exactly the same as Jenny Bersola (Corona, Playahitty, etc.). The "singer" (model) Marta Simlat joined this project in 1994, more then 2 years after the first single was released, then she finally started appearing on the videos. Her first singles were promoted without her appearence on the videos and without live performance or pictures on the cover, so actually nobody knew "who" or "what" was J.K. (real name Marta Simlat), who also started as a model.

Haha, i completely fail to see how her starting out as a model means she didn't sing her albums!
